This traditional recipe barbeque sauce has been evolving within Chef Aaron's compilation of sauces for years. This is his go-to sauce when a dish calls for a well rounded finish. The fresh ingredients used deliver an amazing array of sweet, deep, and smoky flavors with a hint of spice. The base is comprised of onions and shallots that have been smoked for hours with a combination of Apple and Hickory wood and then pureed into the sauce. This is an all natural way of trapping a campfire in every bottle.

This sauce is great on it's own for dipping. Take it one step further by mopping it on your grilled creations and allow the fire to caramelize the sauce further, unleashing a new depth of flavor that will surely have a dance party on your taste buds!
