Pineapple Jalapeno Vinaigrette

This one is SPECIAL!!! A vinaigrette by definition but probably the most versatile sauce you can add to your repertoire. Not only is it amazing on salads but it's great as a marinade for all protein or seafood. Try it on tacos, nachos, in salsas, and even on rice to add an array of flavors! It's not too spicy because not only are the seeds and membranes meticulously taken out of the Jalapenos but then along with the Pineapples they are put into the smoker and then the grill for the charring process. It truly is, "A Vacation in a Bottle!"
